Given the following function:


f(x)=x^5-4x^3+4x+3

we have tha the graph of f(x) is the following:

notice that the graph only intersects the x-axis one time. Since the function is a polynomial function of degree 5, we have that f(x) must have 1 real root and 4 non real roots
