One angle of a triangle measures 125°. The other two angles are in a ratio of 2:9. What are the measures of those two angles?

Explanation:

Angles in a triangle add up to 180 degrees.

180 - 125 = 55

Add the ratios 2+9 = 11

Divide the left over angels by the ratio: 55/11 = 5

Now multiply 5 by each side of the ratio:

2*5 = 10

9*5 = 45

So the 2 angles are 10 and 45 degrees.
