Given the function:

f(x)=|4x|-6

To reflect over the y-axis

So,

f(-x)=f(x)

So, we will substitute with -x into the function f(x)

So,

\begin{gathered} f(-x)=|-4x|-6 \\ f(-x)=|4x|-6 \end{gathered}

So, the answer will be:

The reflection of the given function over the y-axis is the same function.

|4x|-6
