By substituting Bobby's value into the expression, we have

(2*6+2)/(2)=(14)/(2)=7

By substituting Hannah's value into the experssion, we get

(2*2+2)/(2)=(6)/(2)=3

Finally, by substituting Carlos values into the exprerssion, we have

(2*4+2)/(2)=(10)/(2)=5

By comparing results, the winner is Bobby.
