SOLUTION

From the question, a person should spend

\begin{gathered} \frac{1}{3\text{ }}\text{ of salary on rent } \\ (1)/(10)\text{ into savings } \\ (1)/(3)\text{ in taxes} \end{gathered}

Fraction left after everything would be 1, minus the all the fractions. we have

\begin{gathered} 1-((1)/(3)+(1)/(10)+(1)/(3)) \\ 1-((10+3+10)/(30)) \\ 1-(23)/(30) \\ =(30-23)/(30) \\ =(7)/(30) \end{gathered}

Hence the answer is

(7)/(30)
