The figure is being rotated.

If an object is being reflected, the object is flipped across a line without changing its size and shape. The line is called the line of reflection. It follows a mirror image like this:

If an object is being translated, the object is being moved to any direction without changing its size, shape, or orientation.

When an object is being rotated, it is rotated around a fixed point without changing its size or shape.

Since the figure that we have is neither a translation and a reflection, we have a rotation right here. The figure is being rotated 180 degrees.
