A jacket that usually sells for $100 is marked $20 off. The amount off is what fraction of the usual price?

I think it would be 32 because yeah because that’s what I think and 1+1 = 2 2+2+45+5 = 8 so yeah

Since the jacket has $20 off and its original price is $100, we can write the amount off by:


(20)/(100)=(2)/(10)

The amount off is 2/10 of the usual price.
