Let's define the next variables

x: field goals made

y: kick after touchdown made

Rodrigo has made 62 total kicks, then:

x + y = 62 (eq. 1)

Rodrigo has made 116 points, then:

3x + y = 116 (eq. 2)

Subtracting equation 1 to equation 2,

3x + y = 116

-

x + y = 62

--------------------

2x = 54

x = 54/2

x = 27

Replacing into equation 1,

27 + y = 62

y = 62 - 27

y = 35

Then, he made 27 FG's and 35 PAT's
