In order to find the equation of the line, using the points given to solve the slope of the line

m=(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)
\begin{gathered} m=(13-9)/(3-2) \\ m=(4)/(1) \\ m=4 \end{gathered}

then, using one of the points find the y-intercept

\begin{gathered} y=4x+b \\ 9=(4)(2)+b \\ 9=8+b \\ b=9-8 \\ b=1 \end{gathered}

The equation of the line is

y=4x+1
