We have the following equation to find the slope of a line given two points:

m=(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)

In this case, we have the following:

\begin{gathered} (x_1,y_1)=(4,19) \\ (x_2,y_2)=(6,10) \\ \Rightarrow m=(10-19)/(6-4)=(-9)/(2)=-(9)/(2m) \\ \Rightarrow m=-(9)/(2) \end{gathered}

therefore, the slope is m = -9/2
