The perimeter = 2 ( Length + Width)

Lenght (L) = (3x - 4)

Width (W) = (2x + 3)

P = 2( L + W)

P = 2 [( 3x - 4) + (2x+ 3)]

P = 2( 3x +2x -4 + 3)

P = 2( 5x -1)

P = 2(5x ) - 2 ( 1)

P = 10x -2

The perimeter in terms of x is 10x - 2
