The equation in slope-intercept form is
![y=mx+b](https://img.qammunity.org/2023/formulas/mathematics/high-school/smsb8cbft03lwblmi49nf2l6jby2ofxzws.png)
Where
m is the slope
b is the y-intercept
The slope of an equation is the coefficient that multiplies "x", and the y-intercept of the equation is the number that is "alone" (i.e. is not related to any variable)
1) The equation must have "slope = 5", this means that the value multiplying "x" is five:

The equation that includes this term is the first one
![y=5x-(9)/(5)](https://img.qammunity.org/2023/formulas/mathematics/college/7av0jgyp0zx6tdaa7j90hr4jkwsjdrbzoa.png)
2) The equation must have "y-intercept = -8/5", this means that the value that is alone is minus eight fifths:

The equation that includes this term is the second one
![y=6x-(8)/(5)](https://img.qammunity.org/2023/formulas/mathematics/college/h99c8a95aq2o5rro2wpyxnk2j4x5ppa6jg.png)
3) The equation must have "slope = -9/5", this means that the value multiplying "x" is minus nine fifths:
![y=-(9)/(5)x+b](https://img.qammunity.org/2023/formulas/mathematics/college/ctyi0kl1vh62dvqpj0tw6hrtihvzf5r1il.png)
The equation that includes this term is the fourth one
![y=-(9)/(5)x+5](https://img.qammunity.org/2023/formulas/mathematics/college/ezxvxujqdxlol7wq03ultgj1bced1hmjsh.png)
4) The equation must have "y-intercept =6", the constant of the equation must be six:
![y=mx+6](https://img.qammunity.org/2023/formulas/mathematics/college/cr4uluspgdulf0amu2n35uhe4qaioydoe8.png)
The equation that includes this term is the third one
