x^2+(y+4)^2=29

By expanding the term in the variable y, we get


x^2+y^2+8y+16=29

By moving 29 to the left hand side, we have


x^2+y^2+8y+16-29=0

Therefore, the circle equation in general form is given by


x^2+y^2+8y-13=0
