Given two fish tanks A and B.

Fish Tank A has:

Height = 8 ft

Area of base = 25 ft²

Fish Tank B has:

Height = 4 ft

Area of base = 40 ft²

(a) Volume of Fish Tank A

V = Base area * height

V = 25 * 8

V = 200 ft³

(b) Volume of Fish Tank B

V = Base area * height

V = 40 * 4

V = 160 ft³

(c) So Fish Tank A has a greater

(d) The difference between the volumes:

Volume of Fish Tank A - Volume of Fish Tank B

= 200 ft³ - 160 ft³

= 40 ft³

So,The volume of Fish Tank A is greater than the volume of Fish Tank B by 40 ft³.
