The formula to find the slope of the graph is,


m=(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)

thus, plug in the points respectively,


\begin{gathered} m=(1-2)/(4-2) \\ m=(-1)/(2) \\ m=-(1)/(2) \end{gathered}

The slope of the given graph is -1/2.
