\begin{gathered} We\text{ are given an inequality expression} \\ -6b\text{ + 2 }\leq\text{ -58} \\ \text{Firstly, we will collect the like terms} \\ -6b\text{ }\leq\text{ -58 - 2} \\ -6b\leq\text{ -60} \\ \text{Divide both sides by -6} \\ (-6b)/(-6)\text{ }\ge\text{ }(-60)/(-6) \\ b\text{ }\ge\text{ 10} \end{gathered}

This implies that b is equal to 10 or greater than 10

The next process is to graph the expression
