The slope-intercept form is y=mx+b, where "m" is the slope and "b" is the y-intercept.

So what we need to do is to clear "y" in a positive way as follows:


\begin{gathered} 6x-3y=4 \\ 3y=6x-4 \\ y=(6x-4)/(3) \\ y=(6x)/(3)-(4)/(3) \\ y=2x-(4)/(3) \end{gathered}
