We want to write:


8\cdot10^8

in standard notation.

Remember that, the exponent of the ten's base, is the number of times that we will write zeros. So, we're going to write eight zeros next to the number eight.

Then,


8\cdot10^8=800,000,000

And the correct answer is the blue one.
