Given as shown in the figure:

AB || CD || EF

So,

$\begin{gathered} (AC)/(BD)=(CE)/(DF) \\ \\ (10.3)/(10)=(CE)/(10) \\ \\ CE=10.3 \\ \\ AE=AC+CE=10.3+10.3=20.6 \end{gathered}$
