If 5 students are writing the same amount of pages we know that each students amount is equal to one another. However the next part of the question states that each of them wrote more than 6 “more” being the key word. At this point you have to estimate by rounding up to 7 and 7 x 5 = 35 so the answer could be 35 pages based on that. However is they only did 6 pages each than you calculate 6x5 which equals 30 pages. It is more likely that the answer will be around 35 as the question says they wrote more than. I hope this helps.
