- watch a funny movie to forget about the stress
- use fidgets to let my stress out
- think why I’m stressed
- organize my life
- talk to somebody
- write in my journal
- read a good book
- listen to my favorite songs

Today I refuse to stress myself out about things I cannot control or change
i don’t think people understand how stressful it is to explain what is going on in your head when you don’t even understand yourself
dont forget your human it’s ok to have a melt down just dont unpack and live there cry it out and then refocus on where you are headed - unknown
