the circumference is equal to two times π times radius of the circle

C = 2πr. π = 3.14

diameter= 2.9cm

radius= diameter/2

so, r= 2.9/2 = 1.45cm.

C = 2(3.14)(1.45)

C= 9.106 cm

C= 910.6 meters
