b) Sketch the graph of y = (x+3)(2x² - 14) On your sketch, write the values where the graph crosses the x-axis and the y-axis.​

Well clearly this is cubic so lets start with the fact that it should have 3 roots which are clearly -3, rt7 , -rt7 ( so it crosses at (-3.0) (rt7,0) (-rt7,0) )
It crosses the y axis at (0,-42) (put x as 0 in the equation to get 3(-14)

Also they have asked to sketch the graph. Just find multiple values satisfying the above equation and join them
