List and number 1-5, five explicit physical renovations you would make in current and new schools. Don't worry about money. One physical renovation I would make in schools is to replace the woodchips on playgrounds with something much softer or even just leave it as grass. It hurts children's feet when they don't wear the correct footwear and can harm the child if they fall. Another renovation would be to add a fence around the playground to make sure that no kids decide to run off, unnoticed. A third change would be to add a safe room or space to hide in case of a threat. Make sure to add multiple locks, such as a boot or the expensive option, a Haven lock. Haven locks are military-strength locks and are locked and unlocked remotely by mobile. A fourth structural change I would make to schools is to...
