what genetic material is found in nucleus?
- nucleus contain chromatin which consists of a mixture of dna & protein

what is the function / job of ER?
- both the smooth & rough ER consists of ribosomes which help to synthesise (produce) proteins for the rest of the cell to function

what is the function / job of vacuole?
- (animal cell) small & many , help sequester waste products
- (plant cell) single large central , help maintain water balance & support cell turgidity , consists of cell sap which contains dissolved substances such as SMA (sugars , mineral salts , amino acids)
* vacuole in plant cells are surrounded by tonoplast
- basically for storage of nutrients

what are the 3 cells in specialised groupings?
- RBC (red blood cell) , WBC (white blood cell) , platelets
- these cells exist in the human circulatory system & each of them carry out a different & specific function

hope this helps :)
