Slope

(-10-(-2))/(1-(-3))=-2

Equation

y+10=-2(x-1)

x-intercept

The x-intercept is when y=0.

10=-2(x-1)\\\\-5=x-1\\\\x=-4

So, the x-intercept is (-4, 0).
