Explanation:

x = -3 x = 1

(x+3)=0 (x-1)=0

y = k(x+3) (x-1)

15 = (6+3) (6-1)

15 = 45k

k = 3

y = 3(x+3) (x-1)

y = 3x^2 + 6x - 3
