How do you find the maximum height of an object with only time

We have the formula h = 16t^2 - 80t

if you solve it you get 5 seconds for the time it is in the air. how do you find the maximum height from this​

16t ^(2) - 80t

substitute t to 5(seconds)


16(5) ^(2) - 80(5) \\ 6400 - 400 \\ = 6000
