Cilia and lysosomes are structures that are only present in animal cell, so it can inferred that plant cells cant have these two features.

Cilia : present in bacteria, paramecium and other animal cells, that facilitate movement.

Lysosomes : structures that contain digestive enzymes that can dissolve its whole cell, they are also known as sui-cidal sacks of cell that come to action when cell is dead, or cant function properly.
