Answer:

The radicals is the name of the sign we use in roots. The numerator is the power of the exponential, and the denominator is the power of the root.

So we take the radical:

√((-4)^2/7)

And move the denominator to the place where we list the root's power:

7√((-4)2)

Do note you can remove the outermost parentheses if you were to extent the radical's top line, something like so:

7√(-4)2
