a. 4 suits, therefore the probability is 1/4

b. there are 12 face cards. therefore the probability is 12/52 which simplifies to 3/13

c. there are only 3 cards that are diamonds and face cards. Therefore, it is 3/52

d. there are 12 face cards and 13 cards of each suit. But there are 3 that overlap. therefore, there are 22 in total, so 22/52. it simplifies to 11/26.
