Answer is y = -1/2x - 5 1/2
Step by step
Using point slope formula
y - y1 = m ( x - x1 )
y - -4 = -1/2 ( x - -3)
y + 4 = -1/2 ( x + 3)
y + 4 = -1/2x - 3/2
Subtract 4 from both sides to isolate y
y + 4 - 4 = -1/2x -3/2 -4
y = -1/2x - 5 1/2
