While there have been great strides made towards equality between genders, it is evident that male superiority is still a problem in today's society. This is most blatantly seen in the workforce, where women still earn significantly less than men for doing the same job. Additionally, women are still disproportionately represented in leadership positions, and there are a lack of female role models in many industries.
