Answer: 0.0078

Work Shown:

A = 1 way to get all questions correct

B = 2*4*4*4 = 128 ways to answer the questions

A/B = 1/128 = 0.0078125 which rounds to 0.0078

There's roughly a 0.78% chance of getting all correct answers if you randomly guess on all four questions.
