-6n + 21 = 12n - 15

(Add 6n to both sides.)

21 = 18n -15

(Add 15 to both sides.)

36 = 18n

(Divide both sides by 18.)

2 = n

So, n = 2. Remember that to solve, you must always do the same thing to BOTH sides of the equation.
