  • 12x² - 16x - 35 = 0
  • 12x² + 14x - 30x - 35 = 0
  • 2x(6x + 7) - 5(6x + 7) = 0
  • (2x - 5)(6x + 7) = 0

  • 2x = 5
  • x = 5/2

  • 6x + 7 = 0
  • 6x = - 7
  • x = - 7/6
