Answer: It would be on floor 35 or 36

Explanation:
I know the answer may be hard to believe but I subtracted 97 from 102 which left me with 5 and then I divided 178 by 5 which left me with 35.6. I think it would be 36 but I am not entirely sure. I hope this helps a little bit
