Physical harm is often asserted as the boundary of where an individual's freedom ends. If I physically harm myself or others, then the law requires me to stop. At what point should an idea be silenced by a community, or should ALL ideas be shared with complete freedom? (In other words, what ideas are "okay" versus taboo? Who gets to decide?)

Answer: Anything has influence whether outwardly or sublimanly. Therefore, not ALL ideas/thoughts must be shared with freedom, some thoughts can be egregious such as the ones of racism and so on. Actually an immoral idea or preposal might be considered okay or unharmful for a while if the supporters cleverly present it in good light. This is a very complex phenomenon
