y = (m x 4) + c
(y-c)/m = 4
(y-c) = multiple of 4
m = dividing the multiple of 4 to get 4
16/4
y-c = 16
y = 17
c = 1
m = 4
17 = 4x + 1
This can be done for any other multiple of 4
