Greetings from Brasil...

The expression that allows calculating the midpoint is:

M = [(X₁ + X₂)/2 ; (Y₁ + Y₂)/2]

X₁ = - 6

X₂ = - 6

Y₁ = 5

Y₂ = 8

then

M = [(- 6 + (- 6))/2 ; (5 + 8)/2]

M = [(- 12)/2 ; 13/2]

M = (- 6; 13/2)
