Answer:

19 + 0.06

taking out the whole number leaves you with 0.06

or you could do 10 + 9 +0.06

if you want to split it up more

In expanded form, 19.06 is equal to
\( 19 + 0.06 \) or \( 19 + 6 * 10^(-2) \).

To express the decimal number 19.06 in expanded form, we can break it down into its whole number and decimal parts:

\[ 19 + 0.06 \]

The whole number part is 19, and the decimal part is 0.06. To express the decimal part in expanded form, we can use the place values of the digits:

\[ 0.06 = 0 * 10^(-1) + 6 * 10^(-2) \]

Putting it all together:

\[ 19.06 = 19 + 0 * 10^(-1) + 6 * 10^(-2) \]

So, in expanded form, 19.06 is equal to
\( 19 + 0.06 \) or \( 19 + 6 * 10^(-2) \).
