The ratio of the surface area of two cylinders is 1:9. The smaller cylinder has a radius of 3 inches and a height of 4 inches. What are the dimensions of the larger cylinder?

You need to multiply them 3-4 and get 12 so that's part of your answer

then you make it 12:9.
