To get it we need to get the quotient between the number of people with a lower limit of 35 (are 6 of these) and the total number of students (2 + 2 + 8 + 2 + 10 + 6 = 30), times 100%.

So here the relative frequency is just:

RF = (6/30)*100% = 20%

Meaning that 20% of the students are in the range from 35 to 38.
