Hello! It really depends on the goal but every goal has one thing in common:
1 - Realism ( "Can I do this? Is this too hard?)
2- Take one step at a time
3- Be persistent and determined
4- Give yourself rewards for completing each goal or step
5- Get a strong support group (friends, family, etc)
6- Keep a journal to track your progress
7- Remain calm
8- Make sure to get plenty of rest daily
