Steps. convert to 42/15 - 35/15 then solve

Start by turning your fractions denominators into the same by multiplying 5 by each side of 7/3 giving you
35/15
Next turn your mixed number into a fraction giving you 47/15
Then subtract
47/15- 35/15 giving you 12/15
