Why do some objects with a greater mass float and some objects with less mass sink?

The density of an object is key. If the object is denser than water it will sink while an object with a lower density tan. Water but a large mass will float

Answer: If an object is more dense than water it will sink when it’s in water, and if it is less dense than water it will float.
