sum = 13 + 22 + 15 + 14 + 15 + x = 79 + x


(79+x)/(6) = 16 ( multiply both sides by 6 to clear the fraction )

79 + x = 96 ( subtract 79 from both sides )

x = 17

the age of the person who entered the room is 17
