∠ B = 2°

Explanation:

supplementary angles sum to 180° , then

∠ A + ∠B = 180° , that is

7x - 11 + x - 25 = 180

8x - 36 = 180 ( add 36 to both sides )

8x = 216 ( divide both sides by 8 )

x = 27

Then

∠ B = x - 25 = 27 - 25 = 2°
