Sometimes people can't tell the difference, but the difference is that in manslaughter, people look at someone and be like, "Hmmm... I feel like killing... YOU!" Murder is like, "I kidnapped you because you ran over my dog! Now I will kill you!" But I don't mean for it to sound so silly, both are very serious.
