It is given that two complementary angles are in the ratio 2:3.

Consider 2x and 3x as the angles.

We know that, if two angles are complementary, then their sum is 90° .

Then, 2x+3x=90°

⟹ 5x=90°

⟹ x= 90/5

​ x=18°

Here, the angles will be 2x=2×18 °=36°

and 3x=3×18° =54 °
